Gurtej Sodhi
Founder, Eliteport Delegators. Gurtej Sodhi leads operations and client accountability for every mission-critical file Eliteport coordinates.

Gurtej Sodhi founded Eliteport Delegators on a conviction formed in the middle of other people's emergencies: in specialized freight, the difference between a recovered shipment and a costly failure is almost always decided in the first hour, by the quality of the coordination — not by the equipment.
Working out of Ontario, at the centre of Canada's busiest cross-border corridor, he saw the same pattern repeat across aviation, healthcare and manufacturing accounts. A grounded aircraft, a line-down part or a clinical delivery would go sideways not because capacity was unavailable, but because intake was incomplete, ownership was unclear and nobody called before the deadline passed.
Eliteport was built to close that gap deliberately. Structured intake so nothing critical is missed on the first call. A named coordinator who owns the file end to end. Carrier qualification documented before tender rather than assumed after the fact. Milestone updates that reach the client before the client has to ask, and exceptions that arrive with a recovery option attached.
Gurtej Sodhi is equally direct about what the brokerage is not. Eliteport arranges transportation through vetted carriers and specialist partners; it does not operate its own fleet or aircraft, and it is not a licensed customs broker. Nothing is promised on the website that cannot be confirmed in writing for a specific shipment.
He works directly with clients across aviation, healthcare, defence and advanced manufacturing, and remains personally reachable on escalation for any time-critical file.
“Freight moves on trucks and aircraft. Outcomes move on accountability.”
