Eliteport moves nothing itself. Everything we commit to a client is delivered by a vetted carrier or specialist partner, which makes who we work with the most consequential decision on every file.
Carrier onboarding requirements
- Active operating authority for the lanes you run
- Current certificate of insurance with adequate cargo and liability limits, Eliteport named as certificate holder
- Verifiable safety record and inspection history
- Signed carrier agreement including a prohibition on re-brokering without written consent
- Verified dispatch contact, equipment list and after-hours escalation number
- W-8/W-9 or Canadian equivalent and banking details for settlement
What we look for beyond the paperwork
- Drivers who answer the phone and report exceptions before we ask
- Willingness to document custody events and seal numbers
- Realistic commitments — a declined load is worth more than a missed one
- Airside, hospital, data-centre or plant experience where the lane requires it
- Clean handling record on high-value and traceable cargo

How to start
Onboarding is deliberately short
Send your authority, insurance certificate, equipment profile and the lanes you run. If it fits our client base, we will set up the agreement and start with a live file rather than a promise of volume.
