When this service applies
- An aircraft is grounded and a rotable, component or consumable must reach a station or MRO facility.
- A recovery has to be coordinated across an airport terminal, freight forwarder and final-mile provider.
- The shipment needs escalation contacts and timestamped milestones rather than a standard tracking number.
What we need at intake
- Tail number, aircraft model and AOG station
- Part number / serial and internal reference
- Origin and destination airport codes, cargo terminal and access hours
- Ready time, cut-off and required delivery, with local time zones
- Pieces, weight, dimensions and dangerous-goods status
- Escalation contacts available around the clock

- Carrier and mode selected against the cut-off, lane and cargo risk profile
- Documented custody transfers at pickup, terminal handover and delivery
- Milestone updates to your named stakeholders, with exception escalation
- POD and document closeout returned with the shipment file
Service boundaries
Eliteport arranges transportation through qualified carriers and specialist partners; we are not the air carrier.
Acceptance, capacity, rate and timing are confirmed in writing by a coordinator before the plan is committed.
Live GPS visibility is available only where the assigned carrier supports it.

Common questions
- How fast will someone respond to an AOG request?
- Emergency requests enter review as soon as they are submitted and a coordinator responds with the plan and any constraints. We do not publish a fixed response-time guarantee we cannot staff around the clock.
- Can you move dangerous goods?
- Only where the cargo is correctly classified, documented and accepted by a carrier qualified to handle it. Classification and documentation remain the shipper's responsibility.
